Products, Origin and Orders:
As all our products are made by hand in Tokyo, we may not have a massive stocks, if there is any product that you would like too buy and is out of stock, please do not hesitate to direct message us through our Instagram or Contact Us Page.

Special Reminder For Shipping:
Due to COVID situation, materials and international shipping may be suspended or delayed.  After we received orders, we will contact you asap. Please leave us a valid email address that we can contact you.  And please check your spam mail if you have not received our re-confirmed email for 2 to 3 days.  Please leave a valid phone number for shipping so your local delivery person / postman will be able to reach you if they have any difficulty to deliver to your address.

SHIPPING COST & WEIGHT REFERENCE:

The cost of shipping is calculated by region of shipping and weight of products. Here are some examples about the weight of products:

Lunch Mat: 50g
Earrings: 15g
Scarf: 150g
Tee: 250g
Parka: 400g

(1) WITHIN JAPAN
Local shipping (Japan): 300yen for within 1kg.

(2) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EMS)

For example: up to 2 pcs of Tee
Asia: 1400Yen (within 500g)
(Cambodia, Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

Size & Measurements: (Eco Masks):
It is very important to select the right size of Eco Mask, if it is too small, your ears may get painful for long hours wearing, and it cannot cover your face properly.  If it is too lose, water droplets may get into your nose and mouth.  Please click here to see the detail and demo of our eco-masks.
