Products, Origin and Orders:
As all our products are made by hand in Tokyo, we may not have massive stocks; if there is any product you would like to buy that is out of stock, please do not hesitate to direct message us through our Instagram or Contact Us Page.

Special Reminder For Shipping:
After we receive orders, we will contact you ASAP. Please leave us a valid email address so that we can contact you. And please check your spam mail if you have not received our re-confirmed email for 2 to 3 days. Please leave a valid phone number for shipping so your local delivery person/postman will be able to reach you if they have any difficulty delivering to your address.

SHIPPING COST & WEIGHT REFERENCE:

The cost of shipping is calculated by region of shipping and weight of products (except USA, shipping cost is calculated by value of goods). Here are some examples of the weight of products:

Lunch Mat: 50g
Earrings: 20g
Scarf: 150g
Tee: 250g
Parka: 400g

(1) SHIPPING WITHIN JAPAN
Local shipping (Japan, 3-7days): 300 JPY for within 1kg.

(2) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Asia (EMS, 6–10 days):
Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan: from 1,450 JPY
Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines): from 1,900 JPY

USA (Japan Post Air Package — Duties Included, 10–21 business days): from 2,800 JPY

Canada (Japan Post Small Package Service, 15–20 days): from 2,040 JPY

Europe & UK (Japan Post Small Package Service, 10–14 days): from 1,230 JPY

Australia (7–10 days): from 3,150 JPY
